Funny things I found on other peoples' sites
 by Fëanor

  • From Sarcasmo's Corner comes this little gem. Beware, the images and dialogue could be considered "offensive" by some losers--probably the same losers who think those books are "harmful" in poppy's last post. So don't let losers see you watching it.

  • Via Yagathai, we find the Seanbaby Super Quiz. It's really just a lot of comic book-based humor done in the style of an internet quiz, but there's no way to submit your answers and get any kind of result, so don't bother actually taking the quiz. Just read and enjoy.

  • And here's something I found on Google News: Jack White of the White Stripes got married by a shaman priest to a British model (Karen Elson; she's scrawny, pale, and creepy-looking, so she should be a perfect fit for White) in a canoe on the Brazilian Amazon on Wednesday. That's a lot of prepositional phrases in the same sentence, but...deal with it! It's Jack White! He breaks all the rules!

I do love those crazy Whites.

  • Speaking of breaking the rules, I'll break the theme of this post for a moment to tell you what's going on with me: poppy and I are going to a softball game tonight (if it doesn't get rained out) where we will hopefully eat lots of tasty, horrible food; and then it's up to see my brother tomorrow and take poppy to her college reunion. Sunday, we got nothing going on, so we'll probably just hang out. I also plan to fit some Paper Mario in there somewhere. And I should do more work on my film festival diary, but that seems unlikely.
