- This Time Traveler Convention (found via Sarcasmo's Corner) is a fantastic idea. The self writing this and existing in this timeline can't go, but I'm hopeful that a future version of myself will make it.
- China offers Taiwan giant pandas - I didn't really read the whole article, and I'm not expecting you to do so; I just think that's a funny headline. "Here's some cute fuzzy bears! Now can we take over your country?"
- Our new condo is getting a home inspection as I write this. Poppy, my Dad, and our real estate agent are there now. I imagine them just kind of sitting around while some guy wanders around poking the walls and the ceiling with a big stick.
No, I've never seen a home inspection. How did you know?
Anyways, hopefully nothing scary will be wrong with the place and we can stop worrying about that and start worrying about moving in in June. Speaking of which, we've got the movers coming to our apartment later today to check things out and give us an idea how that's going to go. So that's cool.
- Tomorrow evening I'll be skipping out on movie night (sorry, folks) to accompany poppy for dinner and a show. The bloginator, his wife, and their baby are joining us for dinner. Should be a fun time.
