Truths About Websites for Brick & Mortar Businesses (via @BeaucoupKevin)
Cross-posting from Facebook. So many times I've gone to a business' website to get the hours of their brick and mortar store, only to be left frustrated and flabbergasted by the fact that they have not posted that information. Why would you not post your store's hours?? I want to go there and give you money! All I need to know is when I can do that!
Also, I hate when any website posts anything in PDF format, because I hate PDFs. They're bulky and annoying and they take forever to load. |
