For I have seen Mansquito.
UPDATE: Btw, I want to register my strong disapproval with the folks who distributed this film, as they went forward with the incredibly stupid idea of changing the title when it was put out on DVD. It is now being rented and sold under the name Mosquito Man. What?! Mansquito is one of the greatest titles in the history of film. Furthermore, that title is literally the only good thing this movie has going for it. What were they thinking when they changed it?! Was it something like: "Mansquito has acquired a bad reputation; we must give our film a more serious title in the hopes that consumers will then believe it is a different, better film about a half-man, half-mosquito who murders people." Uh, yeah, okay. These are the same people who considered changing the title of Snakes on a Plane to Flight Number Something-or-other. Idiots. |
