Question
 by Fëanor

Anybody know a good application (preferably free) for converting audio and/or video files from one type to another? Right now I'd like to know specifically of something that could convert WMAs to MP3s (UPDATE: As bloginator helpfully pointed out, iTunes does this. D'oh!), but I'm also interested in being able to convert video files to a format my iPod can handle. Google searches have turned up too many options - I'm not sure which is the best/most reliable, and I thought I'd see if anybody out there had any experience in this matter before I just started downloading and installing applications willy-nilly.
