This is just stupid. I'm sorry, I think the guy is a crazy looney-bird, but I'm not going to sign a petition that he should be punished like a 5-year-old for exercising what amounts to his freedoms of religion and speech. Is he potentially causing harm with the post-partum depression bit? Absolutely. Should new moms listen to Tom Cruise for advice as to their health, mental or otherwise? People who are going to listen to him on this issue would be crazy enough to listen to L. Ron Hubbard in the first place. Write a petition and say, I'm not going to see any movie with Tom Cruise in it because he frankly is not that great of an actor and I'm tired of him. Don't couch it in flimsy, somewhat offensive, politics. |
