Since you people all suck and refuse to comment on my previous post, here's a new and different post! Some cool stuff I found in the Onion A.V. Club:- A list of lame Batman villains who are probably not going to show up in any upcoming Batman movie. I think bloginator in particular will find this amusing; I remember when he was reading through all the old Batman comics and coming across all kinds of ridiculous characters.
- A great interview with Carrie Brownstein of the awesome indie rock trio Sleater-Kinney. Mostly they talk about S-K's new album, The Woods (I plan to pick up a copy as soon as possible--it sounds incredible), but they also discuss art in general, and what it means to make it in a time of uncertainty. It's great to find out that an artist whose work you like is also an intelligent and articulate person with lots of interesting ideas. It's kind of the opposite of the feeling you get when you hear Ozzy Osbourne attempt to speak English.
