- STAR WARS!!!
- Ahem.
This commercial for Revenge of the Sith actually moved me quite a bit, and gave me chills.
- This LEGO movie is pretty silly, and actually makes light of things in the film that are supposed to be serious and dark. But it's also kind of fun in its own way. Plus, I love the sequence during the closing credits wherein Darth Vader conducts "The Imperial March" with his lightsaber as a baton.
- I came up with the idea yesterday of trying to wear a different Star Wars shirt for every day leading up to the release of Revenge of the Sith. But, even though I do have a number of Star Wars-related shirts, I think I'm going to run out pretty soon. Clearly I should have planned better. Maybe I can count that one Beck shirt I have where his face looks like a stormtrooper helmet...
- In news unrelated to Star Wars (I know, it's hardly worth talking about), 70% of the people of Nebraska need a good, thorough beating. I'm talking specifically about the 70% that, in 2000, voted for the amendment to their state constitution that defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman. Luckily, one of those "activist" judges pointed out that this incredibly stupid, bigoted amendment is unconstitutional. Woo hoo! Up yours, 70% of Nebraska!
