I Am Editor of Phillyist No Longer
 by Fëanor

You can read my good-bye post right here. I enjoyed my years as editor of Phillyist, and it's something I'm glad I did. But there were certain parts of the job I was never really that good at, and it was really eating up a lot of my life. In fact, frankly, it was running me ragged. I was essentially working two full-time jobs. Like I said, I'm glad I did it, but I'm also really glad to not be doing it anymore.

I wrote that good-bye post a good while ago, and wasn't sure when it would go up. It's mostly coincidence that it ended up going up today. But now I really feel like I should have worked some election references into it. Ah, well.

There are a lot of changes in the works for me today, actually. Some people are coming with a tow truck to take my old Neon away. I've donated it to the radio station WXPN. It wouldn't start anymore anyway. I loved that car, but lately it's been in such bad shape and had so many problems that I'm glad to be rid of it.

It's a new day for Fëanor, and for America!
