The Setup
 by Fëanor

Back issues and old data
Batman: The Doom that Came to Gotham #3
Heavy Liquid
The Hood (New Avengers)
Runaways Volume 8
Wisdom #1
Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash #1
B.P.R.D.: The Dead
The usual suspects.

Astonishing X-Men Volume 1
Unfortunately, the comic book guy cleverly snuck a little book into my bag last week advertising a bunch of Marvel collections, and after looking through it, I found it necessary to add a number of them to my list, including this one, which is the first collection of Joss Whedon's run on this title.

Black Summer #0
Black Summer #2
Black Summer #3
Black Summer #4
As I mentioned in The Take, I now need to complete my collection of this kick-ass series by Warren Ellis.

Iron Man Extremis
Um, Ellis wrote an Iron Man book?! I'm so there.

New releases
Immortal Iron Fist #11
Punching!

Incredible Hulk/Herc #112
The fact that they're sticking with the Incredible Hulk numbering order makes me suspect Herc won't be the star of this book for very long, but we'll see what happens. Regardless, Amadeus Cho, who I love, is the real star, and I definitely want to see where Pak goes with this.

Marvel Holiday Special 2007
It will almost certainly be stupid... but something inside me cannot resist.

The Order #6
It seems like #5 just came out, but I'm certainly not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Hooray for The Order!

Star Wars: Dark Times #7
Let's see if this Star Wars title can continue to keep up the high standards it set in the previous issue.

Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite #4
Will the world end, not in fire or ice, but in music? Time to find out!

What If? Civil War
What If? books tend to leave me a little cold, since they're by definition just thought experiments that have no lasting meaning, but they can be fun, and I'm curious to see another perspective on this controversial world-changing event.

World War Hulk: Warbound #1
I don't really expect much from this book. The preview I read of it wasn't very exciting, and really the Warbound characters were only interesting in terms of how they interacted with the Hulk. With him gone, I don't know if I'm going to care much about any of them. But we'll see.

Detective Comics #829
If I'm not mistaken, this is the final issue of the Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul storyline. Thank God.
