| Good News, Bad News |

Good News: We may soon be the proud owners of a very nice condo, quite near to our current place.
Bad News: If we can't make the closing date earlier, we might have to keep looking. We also could use a lawyer to go over the contract with us, and to join us at settlement. But our attempts to find a suitable lawyer have so far met with failure.
My question to you fine folks is, does anybody know of a good real estate lawyer in New Jersey who can help us out on short notice?
If not, it may be time for us to pick a likely looking fellow out of the phonebook and hope for the best. |
