But it didn't work out as well this time. In fact, it was FAIL. In my defense, I think (and poppy agrees) that the fault was more in the recipe (which you can find here) than in my execution of said recipe. Really, it'd be hard to mess it up; there's no cooking involved. You just stick some stuff in a wrap. But it's all vegetables! And the wrap is whole wheat! Which seemed like a good idea when I picked out the recipe, but turned out to be not such a good idea in practice.
So we would recommend against that recipe. But luckily, last night's dinner was so successful, and there were so many leftovers, that it became tonight's dinner, too! Yum. |
