No time for a title
 by Fëanor

Sorry, it's been a while, but I've been super busy at work. Here's a huge clump of movie news nuggets, almost all of them from Cinematical:

  • More Mad Max, maybe.

  • Disney's Valiant already on the internet. Heh.

  • Cat's Cradle movie. Would be interesting to see if they could pull it off. If they did it right, it would be a tremendously depressing movie. If they did it wrong...well, that would also be pretty depressing.

  • No Katie Holmes in next Batman, woo hoo!

  • In other Batman news, another name has been mentioned, far more horrifying than any of the others so far: Justin Timerlake. It's enough to make me go gibbering mad.

  • I do, however, love the idea of Keith Richards as Johnny Depp's dad, so I hope he can make that happen for these upcoming Pirates movies.

  • Any hopes that I had that Fantastic Four might be a good movie have pretty much been dashed now.
And that's it for me. I don't really want to talk about the bombings in London. As you can see, I'm trying to bury any thought of such things with mounds of entertainment news and media fun. Tonight is game night, which I should head out for soon, and I've put together an evite for game day which I'll be sending out later. Nobody said anything about August 13th as a date, so I assumed it was a good one and I'm going with it.

Damn, it's only the second week, and I already forgot to do the Best of the Onion revue. Ah, well. Maybe I'll get to it tomorrow...

UPDATE: Turns out the Onion is just running a bunch of old stories this week, so I'm all good.
