On the Viewer - Dollhouse (Season 2, Episode 7 - "Meet Jane Doe")
 by Fëanor

I'm not sure why Rossum hasn't just shut down DeWitt's Dollhouse at this point, especially after the events of last episode. But... okay.

Way to get some innocent Hispanic lady in trouble, Echo!

Um... what happened? Why is Adelle now getting Harding's coffee (metaphorically), and Echo is a nurse? Is this the future? The chair now looks like the one from Bennett's Dollhouse. Echo is with Ballard, and he jumps her when she comes into her apartment, to test her reflexes, like Cato jumps Clouseau. This is crazy! It's probably connected to that unaired episode that was set in the future. Damn, I really need to watch that!

Apparently Echo can now pull memories from previous imprints at will, whenever she needs them.

Echo doesn't like Caroline, doesn't want to be her anymore. She just wants to be who she is, who she's become: Echo.

Interestingly, Echo wants Ballard and he's pushing her away.

Heh. Some good trickery: they make it look like Ballard and Echo are finally going to have sex, but then they start sparring instead.

I wonder, are we going to stay in this future world from now on? Or are we eventually going to jump back in time? It's not quite as big a jump as Battlestar Galactica's "ONE YEAR LATER," but it almost is.

Just another example of how cruel and nasty Harding is: he wants to split up Sierra and Victor.

Man, super-Echo is impressive.

They're trying to build a portable device that can imprint anyone, even random people on the street. And Topher already has the damn plans worked out. WOAH.

So... they busted some random Hispanic woman out of jail just as a test run to bust everybody out of the Dollhouse?

What the hell is the deal with Ballard? Eliza Dushku wants to have sex with you! AGREE!!

DeWitt sold her soul to get her house back. Or did she?

That was some episode. It really transformed the nature of the show. I'm excited to see where we go from here!
