The horrible cold/flu plague that's been going around, and which I was beginning to think I would miraculously avoid, has finally struck me. Argh! I don't have many symptoms yet besides a sore throat, a headache, and just a general sick feeling, but I suspect it will get worse soon.
Poppy is still sick and coughing a lot, but she also appears to be on the upswing, so that's good.
Anyway, today I'm tired, but I still felt alive enough to go into work, and hopefully I can still make it out to the movie I was planning to see tonight.
But fair warning: if you meet me any time soon, try not to breathe the same air I'm breathing. |
