As for BPRD, I'm not sure what you mean by "substantive." It was great. Ultraman would randomly annihilate people from his satellite with his heat vision. Owlman and Super Woman were conducting an affair behind Ultraman's back that he knew about but couldn't prove. I highly recommend picking up the various trades.
