Some puny Congressman called Obama a liar in middle of Obama's speech, won't apologize - and hasn't even been "officially reprimanded" yet?? Hulk tell puny humans one thing: President Hulk would have given Congressman "official reprimand" before speech was even over! And puny Congressman would not be calling anyone anything after Hulk's reprimand, Hulk promise that!

Because by "reprimand" Hulk mean "smash."

Hulk just want to be sure puny humans understand what Hulk is saying.

When puny Americans ready to admit they made wrong decision in spurning President Hulk and Hulkonomics, puny Americans can impeach Obama and come running back to Hulk.
